PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 11 February 2020 it purchased 128,292 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 146.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 96,102,929 ordinary shares in issue.
