Following the announcement on 5 May 2020 the Company wishes to clarify that the aggregate number of shares issued on 4 May 2020 and to be admitted to trading on the Main Market on or around 12 May 2020 is 1,010,954.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue remains 105,341,700 with each ordinary share carrying one voting right, as stated in the announcement on 5 May 2020.
