Dividend Declaration

The Company announces that it has resolved to declare an interim dividend of 2.75p per share.  The ex-dividend date is 13 October 2016 with an associated record date of 14 October 2016.  The dividend will be paid on 25 November 2016.   

The last date for receipt of elections in respect of the Dividend Re-Investment scheme is 3 November 2016.
