Senior Management Appointment 


The Board of Alumasc (ALU.L), the fully-listed specialist building and engineering products business, is pleased to announce that Warren Roberts will join Alumasc Precision Ltd as Managing Director early in the New Year.  


Warren, who is aged 41 and holds a masters degree in Advanced Manufacturing Systems, joins from Mahle Powertrain Ltd where he is Managing Director.  This company has sales of £86m, 650 employees and its customers include JCB, Aston Martin, Audi, Ford, GM, Rolls-Royce and Bentley.  The Mahle group is a German-based €5bn sales business and is among the world's top three producers of piston systems, cylinder components, valve train systems, and air management systemsPreviously, Warren was the Managing Director of Cosworth Technology Ltd, a subsidiary of Audi AG involved in the design and manufacture of advanced engine assemblies.  Warren has been instrumental in achieving excellent performance improvements at both companies.
