Alumasc announces that at the Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions
as set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting dated 7 September 2005 were
duly passed.

Copies of the resolutions passed under special business at the Annual General
Meeting have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be
