THE ALUMASC GROUP PLC - FINAL DIVIDEND
In respect of the year ended 30 June 2002, the Directors recommend a final
dividend of 6.05p per ordinary share payable on 31 October 2002 to members on
the register at the close of business on 4 October 2002.
