Director/PDMR Shareholding

Alumasc (ALU.L), which supplies premium building and engineering products, announces that it was informed on Wednesday 8 April 2009 that Mr John Pilkington, a Non- Executive Director of Alumasc since 1 March 2009, purchased 9,186 ordinary shares (0.025% of the issued share capital) at 77 pence per share.  

Following this, Mr Pilkington has an interest in 9,186 ordinary shares, representing 0.025% of the issued share capital of the Company.
