                             Director Shareholding

Hambledon was advised today that George Eccles, the Chairman of Hambledon, today
acquired 14,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 7.2p per share.

Accordingly, George Eccles now has an interest in a total of 76,500 ordinary
shares representing 0.03 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
