                               Director's Dealing

Randall Pyper has informed the Company that, following his recent exercise of
options in the Company, he has sold on 5th October 280,000 ordinary shares of
0.1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 18.5p per share. Following this
sale of Ordinary Shares, Mr Pyper continues to hold 920,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.22 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital
of the Company.
