Hambledon was advised today that George Eccles, the Chairman of Hambledon, today
acquired 10,250 ordinary shares in the Company at 9.69p per share.

Accordingly, George Eccles now has an interest in 86,750 ordinary shares
representing 0.03 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
