CHANGE OF NAME TO ALTITUDE GROUP PLC


COMPANY UPDATE


The Board of Dowlis Corporate Solutions plc, a leading promotional merchandise provider, announces that, at the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held on 5 June 2008 at 11:00 am at its offices in Byfleet, all resolutions were duly passed.


Accordingly, the Company is pleased to announce that Dowlis will be renamed Altitude Group plc and this change is expected to take effect with the London Stock Exchange at 8:00 am on Monday 16 June 2008  The Company's ISIN will remain as GB00B0LSFV82 and the Company's TIDM will change to ALT.


Colin Cooke, Chairman, commented on the current trading as follows:


'I am pleased to report that the Company has performed in line with expectations through the early part of 2008. We have a cash position that continues to improve and the Company is able to invest in growth plans where appropriate.'
