Altitude, the provider of information and technology services, was informed on 7 April 2016 by Mr. S P Taylor that as a result of purchases of 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), his holding has increased to 2,150,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.10% of the issued share capital of the Company.
