Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Dowlis Corporate Solutions plc, a leading promotional products business, has been informed that, on 2 June 2008, Martin Varley, Director, purchased 833,334 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 15p per share.  

Following this transaction, Mr Varley has a total beneficial holding in the Company of 10,237,559 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 26.8 per cent. of the issued share capital.
