The Company announces that it has received notification of the following
Directors' dealings made on 16 October 2006:

Martin Varley, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p
each ('Ordinary Shares') at 30p per Ordinary Share, and purchased 10,000
Ordinary Shares at 33p per Ordinary Share.

The beneficial interest of Martin Varley following the purchases is 8,974,225
Ordinary Shares representing 23.49% of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
