The Board of Dowlis Corporate Solutions plc, a leading promotional product
business, has been informed that, on 28 April 2008, Martin Varley, Director, has
purchased 160,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the
Company at a price of 14p per share.


Following this transaction, Mr Varley has a total beneficial holding in the
Company of 9,404,225 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 24.62 per cent.
of the issued share capital.
