Directors' dealings made on 22 December 2006:

Martin Varley, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of
0.4p each ('Ordinary Shares') at 32p per Ordinary Share.

The beneficial interest of Martin Varley following the purchases is 9,124,225
Ordinary Shares representing 23.88% of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
