Correction re: Director/PDMR Shareholding 

This announcement replaces the announcement under the heading 'Director/PDMR Shareholding'  (RNS number 9630W) released at 7.00 on 6 August 2009. The correction has been made to the final paragraph which now reads 'Mr Colin Cooke now has a total beneficial holding in the Company of 413,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.08 per cent. of the issued share capital.'

The Board of Altitude Group plc, a leading promotional products business, has been informed that, on 4 August 2009, Mr Colin Cooke, non Executive Chairman, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 7p per share. 

Furthermore, on 5 August 2009, the Board of Altitude was informed that a company and its wholly owned subsidiary in which Mr Colin Cooke, non Executive Chairman, has a beneficial interest of 40 per cent. bought a further 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ('Ordinary Shares')  at 6.5p per share. Following this transaction, the company now has a total holding of 317,000 representing 0.83% of the total issued share capital.

Following these transactions, Mr Colin Cooke now has a total beneficial holding in the Company of 413,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.08 per cent. of the issued share capital.
