Purchase of shares

The Trust announces that its Investment Manager, Alpha Real Capital LLP ("ARC") purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at 16p per share on the 8 June 2012. This transaction represents 0.4% of the issued share capital.

Following the purchase ARC will own 500,000 ordinary shares.
