Further to the Company's preliminary final results announcement dated 28
February 2007, the Directors of Alpha Pyrenees confirm that the further dividend
of 2.5 pence per share, for the six months to 31 December 2006, will be paid in
accordance with the following revised timetable. This timetable supersedes the
previously released dates.


Ex-dividend date:                  Wednesday 28 March 2007
Associated Record date:            Friday 30 March 2007
Dividend payment date:             Monday 23 April 2007
