Further to the Company's announcement on 18 March 2008 in which the Directors of
the Company announced a dividend of 1.5 pence per share, the timetable for the
dividend payment is as follows: the dividend is payable to investors of record
on 28 March 2008, has an ex-dividend date of 26 March 2008 and will be paid on
21 April 2008.
