Allianz Technology Trust PLC announces that on 27 May 2016 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 22,666 Ordinary Shares at 589.7p per share (representing 0.09% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 22,666 Ordinary Shares is due on 1 June 2016.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 22,666 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,298,120. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 26,004,760 Ordinary 25p Shares.
