RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 4 January 2013 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 53,077 Ordinary Shares at 329.47 per share (representing 0.20% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 53,077 Ordinary Shares is due on 9 January 2013.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 53,077 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,146,144. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 26,156,736 Ordinary 25p Shares.
