RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 21 December 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 80,000 Ordinary Shares at 322.10 per share (representing 0.30% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 80,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 28 December 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 80,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,093,067. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 26,209,813 Ordinary 25p Shares.
