RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 15 March 2013 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 25,636 Ordinary Shares at 376.93p per share (representing 0.10% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 25,636 Ordinary Shares is due on 20 March 2013.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 25,636 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,420,624. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 25,882,256 Ordinary 25p Shares.
