RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 7 December 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 88,450 Ordinary Shares at 321.9p per share (representing 0.33% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 88,450 Ordinary Shares is due on 12 December 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 88,450 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 1,928,674. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 26,374,206 Ordinary 25p Shares.
