RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 22 February 2013 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 20,912 Ordinary Shares at 343.64p per share (representing 0.08% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 20,912 Ordinary Shares is due on 27 February 2013.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 20,912 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,376,973. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 25,925,907 Ordinary 25p Shares.
