RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 14 June 2013 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 27,741 Ordinary Shares at 396.02p per share (representing 0.11% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 27,741 Ordinary Shares is due on 19 June 2013.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 27,741 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,940,353. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 25,362,527 Ordinary 25p Shares.
