RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 21 September 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 46,842 Ordinary Shares at 327.7 per share (representing 0.17% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 46,842 Ordinary Shares is due on 26 September 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 46,842 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 1,548,665. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 26,754,215 Ordinary 25p Shares.
