RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 23 November 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 35,271 Ordinary Shares at 311.32p per share (representing 0.13% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 35,271 Ordinary Shares is due on 28 November 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 35,271 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 1,749,964. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 26,552,916 Ordinary 25p Shares.
