Settlement of the purchased 25,342 Ordinary Shares is due on 19 October 2011.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 25,342 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 949,845. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 22,762,620 Ordinary 25p Shares.
