RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 16 November 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 20,924 Ordinary Shares at 305.65p per share (representing 0.08% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 20,924 Ordinary Shares is due on 21 November 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 20,924 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 1,714,693. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 26,588,187 Ordinary 25p Shares.
