RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 3 May 2013 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 101,429 Ordinary Shares at 364.52p per share (representing 0.40% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 101,429 Ordinary Shares is due on 9 May 2013.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 101,429 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,742,081. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 25,560,799 Ordinary 25p Shares.
