RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 24 May 2013 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 55,661 Ordinary Shares at 403.03p per share (representing 0.22% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 55,661 Ordinary Shares is due on 30 May 2013.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 55,661 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,912,612. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 25,390,268 Ordinary 25p Shares.
