RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 24 August 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 7,713 Ordinary Shares at 318.1p per share (representing 0.03% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 7,713 Ordinary Shares is due on 30 August 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 7,713 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 1,423,958. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 26,878,922 Ordinary 25p Shares.
