RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 27 January 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 25,000 Ordinary Shares at 305.14p per share (representing 0.11% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 1 February 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 25,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 1,144,372. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 22,568,093 Ordinary 25p Shares.
