RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 19 March 2010 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 69,246 Ordinary Shares at 285.5p per share (representing 0.30% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 69,246 Ordinary Shares is due on 24 March 2010.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 69,246 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 861,096. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 22,676,683 Ordinary 25p Shares.
