RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 6 February 2009 it purchased, to be held in treasury,  36,000  Ordinary Shares at 186.84p per share (representing 0.15% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 36,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 11 February 2009.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 36,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 208,400. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 23,328,849 Ordinary 25p Shares.
