RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 1 May 2009 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 21,750 Ordinary Shares at 207.50p per share (representing 0.09% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 21,750 Ordinary Shares is due on 7 May 2009.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 21,750 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 618,850. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 22,918,929 Ordinary 25p Shares.
