RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 7 November 2008 it purchased 24,000 Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.10% of the issued class of capital) at 191p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement of the purchased 24,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 12 November 2008.

Following the purchase and cancellation of the 24,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 30,000. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 23,541,249 Ordinary 25p Shares.
