RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 4 December 2009 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 107,000 Ordinary Shares at 248.75p per share (representing 0.47% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 107,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 9 December 2009.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 107,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 791,850. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 22,745,929 Ordinary 25p Shares.
