RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 12 December 2008 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 18,500 Ordinary Shares at 187.04p per share (representing 0.08% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 18,500 Ordinary Shares is due on 17 December 2008.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 18,500 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 70,400. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 23,466,849 Ordinary 25p Shares.
