RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 20 March 2009 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 92,500 Ordinary Shares at 184.89p per share (representing 0.40% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 92,500 Ordinary Shares is due on 25 March 2009.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 92,500 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 437,100. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 23,100,149 Ordinary 25p Shares.
