RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 31 July 2008 it purchased 30,000 Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.13% of the issued class of capital) at 214p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 5 August 2008 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 23,560,312 Ordinary 25p Shares.

The Company does not currently hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
