RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 30 November 2007 it purchased 31,000
Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.13% of the issued class of capital) at 239p
per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 31,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 5
December 2007 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 23,829,312
Ordinary 25p Shares.

The Company does not currently hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
