RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 5 July 2013 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 12,586 Ordinary Shares at 408.11p per share (representing 0.05% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 12,586 Ordinary Shares is due on 10 July 2013.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 12,586 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,952,939. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 25,349,941 Ordinary 25p Shares.
