The following replaces the 'Transaction In Own Shares' announcement released on Friday 17 April 2009 under RNS 7885Q, which stated an issued share capital figure which omitted to include 530 Ordinary Shares allotted on 6 April 2009 pursuant to a conversion of Subscription Shares. The full amended text appears below.

RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 17 April 2009 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 60,000 Ordinary Shares at 199.33p per share (representing 0.26% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 22 April 2009.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 60,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 597,100. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 22,940,679 Ordinary 25p Shares.
