Notification of Interim Results

Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2011 on Wednesday 7 September 2011.

A briefing for analysts will be held at 11.00am on the day of the results at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.
