Director Shareholding

Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, was informed today that Richard Wright, a Director of the Company, has today transferred 32,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from a direct holding into his Self Invested Personal Pension. Mr Wright's beneficial interest remains at 190,768 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
