The Company has today received notification from the trustees of the Company's
employee benefit trust ("EBT") that, following the exercise of options over
ordinary shares held under the EBT, the total shares held in the EBT has
decreased to 5,443,067 ordinary shares representing 8.7 per cent of the current
issued ordinary share capital, registered as OTC Limited.
