Allergy Therapeutics plc ("the Company") announces that pursuant to the Allergy
Therapeutics plc Long Term Share Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), on 20 December 2007,
provisional shares of 0.1 pence each in the share capital of the Company were
awarded to Keith Carter (Chief Executive Officer), Ian Postlethwaite (Finance
Director), Christian Gratz (Executive Director), Tom Holdich (Executive
Director), Ray Keeling, Kevin Wilkinson and Manjit Rahelu (senior operational
managers) at nil cost, as follows:
